PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT HAVE A MAC AFTER RESEARCHING ABOUT IT THIS IS WHAT I FOUND.

so please if this works for you tell me, so I know 100%

NOTE: SOME FILES WITH A "." MAY SHOW AS HIDDEN SO SOME MAC USERS CANNOT FIND .ds_cache

What do I need to do?

Some files may be hidden for your mac! This will help show hidden files, make sure to copy the commands used here as to not spell them incorrectly.

Again this is something I found (Note: if you do not want to follow me I will post a link to the video tutorial I saw.)

Use spotlight and look up "Terminal" once opened use these commands:

[hr]

To show all hidden files:

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE

To restart "finder" to show the hidden files:

killall Finder

To hide all files again:

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE

This is the video tutorial I found if you rather see then read.

Use spotlight to locate any folders named .ds_cache or similar on your Mac, find and delete the following files/folders:

NOTE - Don't worry if you can't find all of the files and folders, just delete the ones you can see

I've deleted the files, what now?

NOTE: You will have to re-download your Client/Launcher after following these steps. During this time you may notice a slight decrease in performance.

Now we've finished clearing your Dreamscape Cache files, please now try to launch the game again. You should now find that the problem is solved! If the issue remains after following these steps, please check your Java Runtime Environment version as that may affect it.

otherwise, if you're getting an error on your client, please submit a support ticket with the proper details!

Make sure you follow the correct Format:

Forums or Ingame username(s):
Type of platform; Windows, Mac etc:
The problem you are having:
The error message you are receiving:
