Maybe i'll have some luck here and hopefully help out the growing multitude of fellow DS players encountering the same problem.
Drax, when and how are you going to manage the amount of banned/locked players from inputting their wrong pin on the support ticket system?
Every single day I find more and more people just like me who have literally waiting weeks, even MONTHS, for their 'seemingly' simple support requests?
Do you just want us all to quit or going to continue feeding us b.s.? "It normally takes up to 72 hours just be patient." How does that response even begin to help PAYING players who have waited longer than 72 hours? Seriously the player base could be so much stronger if you guys were to get busy or hire more people specifically for the above mentioned...c'mon admins.. get it together!
